Stephen Ward A Northern California Artist, educated at California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland, and Art Center in Los Angeles - At these two fine institutions I learned a lot about myself and the methods and skills I needed to produce the concepts that were in my head. The inspiration of so many incredible artists in the past and present has really driven my passion in art. Like treasure hunting, I'm always striving for perfection and to find that beautiful hidden jewel. I definitely feel that I'm driven by a unique motivation. From the beginning I loved color, texture, and art in general and I get more and more passionate about it as time goes by. Beautiful art brings tears to my eyes and gives me chills from head to toe, no shit! It's my high, my choice. Learning, experimenting and pushing myself and my imagination to the limits is the one thing that works for me personally. I keep evolving and my style is uniquely my own.
